Help Computer Support Technicians

All technicians who work with Help Computer Support.com have many years of field experience.  They either own a brick and mortar computer repair shop with a commercial location or report to the owner of an established comuter support shop.

In most cases, you will speak with our technician on the phone and s/he will either walk you through what needs to be done or remote into your computer.  You can watch and learn as the Help Computer Support technician works on your computer.

Your security is important to us.  We cannot log into your computer without your permission each time.  It is physically impossible to do.

If You Are A Technician

Possibly you would like to work with us.  We are looking for computer repair shop owners with employees who want to increase their revenue by expanding greater utilization of your current resources.  In other words, you already have the rent, overhead, and computers.  Why not put them to use for more hours?

You must be US or Canadian based to service customers in the US or Canada.
