HELP COMPUTER SUPPORT RATES, POLICIES, TECHNICIANS

TECHNICIANS:  Help Computer Support technicians have a minimum of 5 years field experience and have each other to work with if they run into something on your computer requiring additon expertise.  If another technician is called in, you are still charged as if only one technician was working on your problem.

RATES:  Our rates are a very competitive $60 per hour for the work we do.

We understand that computer repairs can be stressful and we will always try to do our best to treat you fairly.

Our minumum is only 1/2 hour, or $30.  Additional time is $15 minutes per 1/4 hour or parts thereof.

Charges do not start until after you have talked with a technician and you are comfortable with proceeding.

POLICIES:  Help-Computer-Support.com does NOT require an advanced payment to chat live with a technician or even talk to them on the phone.

Please respect that they cannot provide advice or work on your computer until a one hour deposit has been received.

Any unused portion of charges will be immediately refunded at the end of your computer support session
